β β β β β A very horrible experience with the quality of plywood they used in the customized cot we had ordered and got it made from them (for which they had charged us around 17k), but in like 6 months the cot is filled with molds and fungus on it. They assured us that they took all necessary precautionary measures during making of the cot so that it stays rid of bugs and termites.. but it proved wrong eventually.
I would rather suggest you to be more vigilant before you make a purchase for a long term from them
