Regular answer for my call: Have informed driver, haven't he delivered yet?! (or) Will give delivery person number, kindly contact
Come on, how would customer know whereabouts of your staff or is it customer duty to call your delivery staff.
It's ASL Aqua team responsibility to track down delivery staff whereabouts, whether delivered to specified customer or not etc., It is not customer job to follow-up for water cans and other things.
