★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this builder....They will promise everything in the beginning and also you can't even think that they will not complete works....In reality, It is completely opposite.. They stop responding to all your pending works and for common emenities...Wont even pickup you calls...I am genuine buyer of ASN elite apartments build by same builder...Please dont waste your hard earned money....Wont even fulfill the what is promised and committed in the Brochure....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe for anything new reviews should not be done immediately else the reality are not known. Certainly thanks to the builder of ASN for making such an apartment. They did talked to us and addressed our concerns and gave a better place to live. Example they provided water softener which was not part of the amenities. All materials used where branded like the swimming pool was from H2O, imported gym equipments, schneider electrical equipments, all bathroom and kitchen fittings are hindware.
But it is also said that an architect needs a better engineer to bring the design into reality. If we don't have good engineers than the implementation is always bad. The same has been faced by ASN builders. There 3 engineers are all for name sake or phd (passed with hard difficulty) engineers. My and many others understanding is that they do not have much idea on civil work and you will find all things gets ruined up when it comes to an individual flat. So the engineers made your star counts less.
There are also certain improvement areas for the builder as well like maintaining the apartment for a year which they have failed, didn't collected the corpus fund while selling the flats, parking lot was given as per individual choice based on registration of the flat.
Suggestion to all
i. Not to register your flat till you get the possession.
ii. Avoid those engineers, plumbers, electricians from the builders as far as possible.
iii. Make sure few things are operational before you start staying like lift, stp, borewells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice location .No noise of Public Vehicles.Close to IT Hub and City.Quality of Construction is good. Cost of flat at reasonable rate with essential amenities like Kids Play Area,Pool,Gym,Party Hall,STP .Open Space available can be used Multipurpose like games,Jogging.Overall a Good Society from Genuine Builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good apartment, however the pending work completion is happening at a snail pace. The builder although genuine, trusts his contractors and engineers too much, but unfortunately are not skilled to handle the finishing the builder is expecting so the quality and finish of some of the electrical, plumbing and construction work suffers.
