★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful experience today when I went for my RTPCR test at Aster Clinic, JP Nagar, Near HSBC Bank, Bengaluru.
Would like to place my thanks to Ms. Varalakshmi for her excellent proactive service to get my RTPCR test done before my travel abroad. I was at the Clinic before their official time of 8 AM but on seeing me Ms. Varalakshmi queried about my request and immediately did the registration, took samples and spoke to the lab to ensure my sample test is done on priority.
She went out of her way to support.
The other staff members were also very co.operative.
A different experience as compared to other Clinics wherein they ask you wait till their official time starts or other responsible staff have to come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic for a corporate health checkup, Clinic is very clean and hygiene.. staff are very co-operative.. before performing the test they explain about the test in detail.. I was really impressed with the TMT test as that was my first TMT test.. the technician I think Sowmya she explained the procedure in detail and she made me feel very comfortable.. reports were given on time and consulting doctor was also very good in explaining the report results. Overall experience was very good I will give 5*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. The staff was very gentle and informative . Clean and well maintained hygienic premises. Doctor jayasudha explained the report clearly and suggested for more activities than suggesting for medicines which any person expects the same. Thanks to the whole Aster team.
