★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had visited this place when I had temporarily lost voice due to excessive Strain on my voice box in 1st week of feb 2022.
I wanted a quick consultation as I had never experienced loss of voice before.
So we came here and signed up for consultation. We paid 450 rs towards consultation fee.
And we waited for the doctor. We waited for over 20 - 30 mins for the doctor in an empty clinic.
Finally doctor came in and my issue was conveyed to the doctor. I and my wife were waiting for the consultation in the waiting area.
The doctor comes up to me and asks me to go out and wait there and not inside. I did that and after speaking to the receptionist doctor says they can not see me I will have to get a rtpcr negative certificate.
I had no fever and no cold or any other discomfort. I am double vaccinated as well.
We could do nothing there....felt insulted. They took 450 rs from me for consultation and no consultation occured. They did not even return my consulate fees. No service provided but they pocketed the money. My wife raised it with the manager and he said a refund would be provided.
Till date after 40 days also no refund has come.
One of the worst experience a customer can have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely satisfied and pleased by the dental doctors in Aster clinic yelahanka. My special gratitude for Dr Sharon(prosthodonist) and Dr Hithysh(endodontist) for their utmost care and near perfect treatment. Definitely the place to be if u r trying to get rid of ur dental problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting hospital is a pain , but with excellent nurses like Shalet and Geetha the experience was eventful .
My entire Master health checkup was not only completed on time but these 2 nurses are fun and the meaningful conversation makes you so comfortable .
More importantly they treat everyone with utmost care.
Kudos to Shalet and Geetha - Aster you need to reward them

I would like to mention for each individual staff whom so I interacted and dealt with
Mrs. N Navitha, Ms. Ashwani and Ms. Geeta are so nice and polite and ensur le all comfort to all patients..
I really appreciate and would like to check nvey to higher management team, that such employee relly helps organization to take it to next level.
Kudos to entire Aster yelahanka team for their warmly friendly nature..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment a week earlier for a body checkup and what would otherwise be over in 20-25 mins took 2 hours not due to the rush in the clinic, but absolutely unskilled staff, and Aster has to adequately invest in training them across all departments.
The staff give ambiguous answers which leads you to utter confusion. my reports were to come by email, I received only partially and not fully. When I went to the clinic, though it said Sunday was open, I found the clinic closed.
I wont recommend this clinic until Aster invests in training their staff adequately. Till such time, I suggest Prime Diagnostics instead. They are cheaper, faster and better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely satisfied with the premium health check package. The package includes most of the tests. The nurses (Netra, Shalet) where extremely polite, professional, considerate and also explained me why they’re doing the tests. The receptionist(Sireesha )was very patient and explained me about the package more than once( explained me twice over the call and once at the counter). They also helped me schedule my second general physician appointment for second opinion.
