★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at Peaceful area,very nearby to main road and bus stops, near to markets, shopping malls, medical shops, gyms and beautyparlors. Food is good with southern and northern dishes.High speed wifi and TV in each room and fridge in floors. Neat and clean. Very reasonable rent fee in the area like ITPL area. Nice and friendly owners.

Utilities - TV, Water heater, power backup, wifi, washing machines, elevator, Daily PG sanitization, Alternate days room cleaning, cctv camera security. Spacious rooms. Nearby places: Medical shop, family restaurants,temple. 3 mins walkable from BEML layout bus stop. Affordable rent??
