★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They think they are doing a huge favour by offering medical services in lieu of money, that's why they behave with patients like they are offering free service. Bad behaviour by staff, they will shout on you and refuse to do your tests if you point out their negligence. Also they will not deliver the reports in time even if you tell them you have a doctor's appointment with the reports. I went twice to collect the reports and I was told that my blood samples had gone for retesting. Zero courtesy from their side to inform the patient to not come if the reports are not ready. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND ADVICE THE SAME TO AVOID HARASSMENT

They don't have any proper place for visitors to keep their shoes, visitors need to open it in an unsecured place outside the diagnostic centre which doesn't have any CCTV also, and when the person comes out after their work is done, their shoes will be gone by them. Is this the way of running a business where you steal your client's belongings!!
