A lot of doctors including cardio , nephrologist , urologists, hematologist, neuro surgeon , gynaecologist are available here from MON - SUN 9am to 6 pm..and one can enroll his / her name for an appointment of doctor by just dialing the number...it's a good news for people living in Burdwan .

It is very unprofessional of medical facility to have such a RUDE and arrogant receptionist that my family came across by the name Barnali on the April 23 & 24 , 2021
The current situation is such that it demands empathy and care, instead this lady is in her own league (of misbehaving) goes on to threaten my old parents and my sister to cancel the doctor's appointment when they enquired for possibly having the doctor see them early as they were not feeling well and all of them having high fever with body aches @ around midnight.
No offense to the Doctor, who is very polite and treated with empathy and care. But the outrageous behavior that that was displayed by Barnali is what that prompted me to write a review.
The same behavior was evident when my sister went in today to discuss the reports with the doctor. She was like being a person whom one should avoid for one's own respect.
I WOULD NEVER recommend this to patients only because for this rude behavior that this receptionist displays, as this adds up to the already suffering patients.
I would request the management / every one to please be empathetic to the patients as they are already going through a lot with the covid situation going worse day by day.

Horrible clinic! Never ever go there
The place is dirty with ill mannered staff and the doctors are doing good business only.
It's a bad experience there is no anybody pick up the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conduct of some staffs are very bad. A fat lady supposed to be an assistant of Sibnarayan Dutt, behaves very arrogantly. Her behaviour must be checked by the managing committee and sacked immediately to retain the reputation of the centre.
