★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Experience with respect to time management.
Receptionist will call you in advance and make you wait for at least 1 or 2hours.
They don't value the time of any patient, so just imagine their outlook.
If people can not value time, they can not value anything. Even after repeated suggestions there's no improvement or any hope.
If management wants to look into this comment, I can even put a suggestion:
Doctor can just drop a message to receptionist 30mins before arrival. The receptionist can easily send a broadcast message to all patients scheduled for that day (he already has the numbers as appointments are pre booked).
Value time. Value life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to bring to your kind notice that receiving rude behaviour besides mistreatment from your end has become almost a daily routine whenever I visit your chamber.
I am being called, way too early before my scheduled time of appointment, by your management and when it's too late for us, what we get back in return after questioning the management is sheer rude behaviour and humiliation.
I appeal to the management and to the managers to look into these matters deeply. It would deeply. It would be appreciable on your end if you could train your employees about how to behave with clients and not misbehave with them. I am vexed at the behaviour meted out to me by your management.
Your cooperation will highly be appreciated.
