When ever they will receive ,
The only excuse is they were busy attending other cutomer .
You will never get the products you order over phone
When ever they ask to send fund on paytm just send .
They do online fraud .
Even when they are online they won't reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service. my order through Amazon in March 2020 has not been delivered till date. they promised to refund the order but have not done so far. they do not answer calls to the mobile number provided on the website.
i would not recommend purchases from this vendor.

I ordered some books but didn't get any response.
I called the phone number several times, no one picks up.
It's totally a fraud.
Please don't buy anything from this site.
And I wish god will punish those fraud for sure.

No amount of attempts to contact them shall yield any response from them. They will make us run round between two contact nos. Such vendors bring bad name to the industry and should be blocked out..

They first gave commitment that they will return the books and thereafter refuse to return the book even though I have given courier charges.. Frequently they changing their commitment. They stopped taking my calls and stopped reply my whatsapp message. Thereafter I complained to Police. After intervention of Police, lastly they refunded my money. It was a fraud.
