★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so happy I chose my yoga teacher training with Shri Astha Yoga Centre because i found the best teacher there (Tanya ma'am). She has such a nice calming, healing energy that in her presence you are capable of everything. We learned how we always need to smile and we can do everything. She has the right approach to lead you through the training with the discipline and the motivation and really good sense of humour which make intense journey of your's also fun. She also has the best knowledge of everything like anatomy of the body, keeping everyone healthy, and giving proper attention to each of her student and many more..

The teacher (Tanya ma'am) is very dedicated, kind and knowledgeable.
Tanya’s personality shines bright and makes you feel welcomed and accepted. You can’t help but smile and feel at peace in her presence.
I would definitely recommend this location and Tanya as a teacher, the best place to start.!!!!!

There is a well trained coach , who is also the owner of centre. She( Tanya ma'am) has a great knowledge of curing disease through home remedies as well. She provides different types of yoga sessions on each day. There is also a flexibility of time . She pays personal attention to each student and provides assistance as well. She changes my complete life into a new form or I say , she gives me a new meaning to my life. I never face any problems in this centre and with coach.
This is the best place to change yourself and best platform to push yourself. ❤️
