Hi guy's my dad 79 old with multiple illness I take him first to check his eye to I-care hospitals eye Dr check my dad as his advice to go to Dr ashwin plate as his described I ring to astitva hospital ther is guy woh ansawr my phone as i ask on the phone to please can you book a apointment with dr. Ashsin patel! Guy on counter saide we can not do this when you come we book you!!! We went ther ther is 4 pepole frant of me as i ask on counter laday my dad got been requesting from eye dr. To stay hungry for 2 howers to check dad diabetics level so if you can ask Dr. Ashwin patel As on dad medical condition she saide pay 400rp to book and I requeste to Dr. As I followed by her words when I plaid she book a appointment for dad with number 7!!! Please not she books others people who behinds me!!! When I ask they bouth guys ladey and man on the dask wrong arguments with bad attitude with bad behaviours with frant of publice! when i saide to i give feedback on your site they saide we dont caer some on ask the laday why lot's of people standing she saide to guy they stand without number !!! when i ask her can you give your details she ignore me. Well i Still was on her word's to she well request to Dr.!!! When we noted all of jumps que from 11!!! I was not been sent out even my number also she make appointments after other's!!! When I ask her she saide Dr. ask me to send this people's be for my dad!!! Also she aside this is India!!! As I said her when I come to your desk as you Saide I ask Dr. pay first so did you ask Dr. She saide no...!!! When I went to Dr explains this to Dr. Doter was LAUGHING! iBut don't have any problem with dr... but staff which he traine or they gats bribe! Dot have idia but im still hop on dr. To Cheng his hospitals staff or systems or training staff to is not India!!! but behaves Dr on patients like friendly with good wellcome with sence a bale way !!! not on bad mood or bad behavior with dr. Coustamer ! evry one for same rules on hospitel thyeris emergency but public shold know emergency dask staff cant expline any thing !!! Whot i seen whot i roat theris no bad filling . Well i just ask to maneging or dr. To be make money honestly way!!! It's not good behaviours for doctors hospitals which we gone through this situation. We are not happy atalI unsenceabl way to don't think India wall be digital India!!! be coz of public treat like same back words ruls they never come out from therld WORLD country's!!! I don't know how's the my family's copping this unsenceabals rules with educated public!!! Same staff which they think they are top up doctor's... take it easy as comane sence way this is just comment from me to we all can make digital India...! SORRY for all conwertion with some mistake Spalding.?

Worst experience with Doctor. Doctor takes oath to serve patient at any point of time but this doctor shout on patient for visiting him at 8:30 PM. Reason he has to go to multiple hospital. Moreover we didn't ask him to do it for free. We paid. But it is all business and Doctor doesn't have customer orientation. Very rude. He should have art of leaving.class and behavior skills training program.

1. Arrogant doctor. 2. Worst assistant doctor. 3. Incompetent nurses fighting with each other. They are immature adult for 18 years. 4. Housekeeping ladies=stretcher operator 5. Don't visit if you don't have mediclaim, they'll rip you off. We were quoted 40k and paid 70k. 6. They don't believe in generic medicines, this doctor spoke bad words about PM Modi and Amir Khan regarding generic medicines. 7. They left patient on stretcher after operation, we shifted her on bed by ourselves. 8. Dr. Piyush Patel insulted Patient when she was on her Bed. He argued with all others as well. He is very short tempered, arrogant, no work ethic, money maker and so on. 9. No parking.

Reception staff not allowed to meet doctor. They are forcing people (Patients) to meet only assistant doctor. Please confirm doctor availability before payment of your fees. They have practice to take fees first and then they inform you Assistant Dr. available only. This kind of propaganda running by staff as well as doctor. Dr. All time busy in surgeries. Only practice dr. Available. Don’t preferred. Other good and honest option available.

First of all in single line..it was really bad experience not just for one but twice. Secondly Indigent people who can't effort this type of hypocrisy service isn't aware so humble request for whoever read this review to suggest them "don't go"..

The whole experience from consultation to operation and post operation has been fantastic. A massive thank-you to Mr Piyush patel for the success of the operation but also for his manner and explanation of procedures from start to finish.
