Now I am starting my fitness journey here with Dr kshama and I am glad to find duo of physiotherapist and yoga trainer in one. Thankful to Astroyoga and team ❤.

I've only been doing yoga for three months, but I'm already hooked. I just joined here to give it a shot; I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to keep going, but now I can't stop myself.
Every day, I'm learning more about yoga and better myself. And Kshama and Deepika mam have been extremely helpful during this process.
There's still more to come....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent place for practicing and learning yoga. Trainers are extremely cooperative and very encouraging. A great place to calm your mind and body both. The only catch is to be consistent. Best part about Astroyoga is it caters to mind and body in a balanced manner. I had to come out of my comfort zone but now there’s no turning back. Give it a shot for your own good! Great place. Great ambiance.
