★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed my Rog Phone II charging issue within a week,staff is good,There is less queue,air conditioned,Comfortable sofas,If you want to go to a repair center in mumbai,surely go to this one as this is an exclusive asus center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Costume service: 0 stars. Out of 5 visits, AC is not working for 2 days. They don't have proper ventilation to accommodate more than 2 clients if AC is not working.
RMA person is not even polite and doesn't have the manners to talk to customers.
Got the motherboard to replace but they wasted my 4 days (5 physical visits) to accept the product for RMA. They think products manufactured in Taiwan got sold in Mumbai the next day from the manufacturing date. Because Asus online support staff wasted my 2 weeks my product out-of-warranty by stupid manufacturing date rule. RMA person asks me to revise the bill multiple times with Serial Number to prove the same motherboard brought with my original Tax invoice which doesn't have SR no. To prove it purchase 1.5 months after the manufacturer (which was manufactured in Taiwan). (Total unnecessary for the person visiting 3year 3 days (3 day after warranty period by manufacturing date rule) after manufacturing date. More time is needed for the product to import to India.) (Mostly they do that for not honouring their warranty. Assuming It is not easy to get a 3-year-old bill to be revised for end-user customers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per Asus service centre they don't repair chip level means small chip level defect may not be repaired by them.
They simply check overall health of a device.
For defect in my device, they said the mother board need to be replaced and it will cost me ₹ 51000. Simply not acceptable and ridiculous.
The laptop started malfunction just after completing one year ie when the device is only 13 months old. I was asked to pay ₹ 51000 for replacing the mother board. Now my laptop is a junk box after spending ₹ 50000 and using the same for only 13 months.
I would suggest everyone not to buy Asus laptop. If you buy the same, please purchase 3-5 years of warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had giving my Rog phone 5 to repair my wifi and hotspot was not working because of some useless update that's y I had to submit it to the service centre to repair it ,they told me that in 3 working days they will repair it but it's been 3 weeks i haven't got it yet very bad service always saying the same thing i have given request for the part but they haven't call me back or given any kind of update to keep me updated very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited on 9th April to the service centre. The service centre was nice and air conditioning was there and the Ambiance was also good . The staff was very polite . He helped me regarding my Asus Tuf A15 laptop. The counter person helped me regarding the warranty purpose and he understood my query well .he told me i will get my laptop after one week .. let see what will be the experience of receiving the laptop. I will update my review after receiving my laptop.my laptop is having the following issues 1) graphic card crash while playing the game . So they told me that they will change whole motherboard 2) RGB light bleeding was there. 3) screen having Red line at left side of display and blue light at right side of display . My model name is Asus Tuf A15 2020. Let's see if it's done with in a week or not. Till now the experience is smooth...
