★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop owner Suggested laptop parts to be changed which were working fine, after I noticed no need to replace laptop parts only connection issue he charged very high price and made me pay that. Not a genuine service center, I doubt it is authentic company service centre. No receipt pro
vided for same. Avoid visiting here, plz find genuine service center for your device on company website instead searching it on google .. It misguided me and I thought it's company service center and got cheated here.

He is just making people fool to get the clients into the shop.
However, service is good but you need to follow, they will never call and share the status updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service . I must say the service incharge guy was excellent in solving the problem with my laptop. I was bit worried while approaching the service centre as my laptop is just couple of months old and had some major issues with hinges, but i was explained the reason for this incident in detail and the problem was rectified in best way . I would highly recommend this service centre for dell laptops.
