★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit only if the warranty period is not over. Otherwise I will suggest go to nearer laptop repairing shops.
Here they are charging 250 rupees just to be checked by them(extra charges for the laptop issues) & you have to deposit the laptop.
It's also possible with that 250 rupees your laptop will be perfectly okay in any repairing shops within few minutes/hours.
NOTE - Before going to anywhere,try to solve the problem by watching YouTube videos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely abysmal service, the service can be defined as good for nothing, for replacing just a battery they are asking to keep the phone for 7 days, in addition to that the phone needs to be formatted also the battery cost is 1700 for the phone being 9000. Yes this is Asus not Apple, worst kind of service ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go to them If you have a small minor problem they make you believe that it's a big problem and they ask you to replace that for a new one.
They keep Laptop/Mobiles for more than 20 days for all of their customers for problems that can be fix/done in 1-3days.
They always wants you should pay money to buy their services and products.In short they are money minded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service people and the lady behaved as if we dont know anything about tech, i just had to replace the fan of my laptop so asked for how much it would cost, they said its not roadside shop, you have to submit and all data also will be formatted . I left and got the fan outside and fixed myself.. thanks asus for such pathetic service people..
