★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer experience. Scoffing, rebuking and shouting at customers. More importantly, dont trust them with servicing of phones. They act as collectors of Asus but god knows what happens from the time they collect and you receive your phone. Asus should cancel their license.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell unsealed and tampered products. Don't buy from here. Better buy from branded stores like Reliance Digital or go online. All their products had the seals broken and were opened. Their behavior is very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop.they generally have less stock. If you order a particular laptop not presently available at their shop then they will take 2 3 days to make it available for you provided u already placed the order. For desktop accessories its good with reasonable pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can show him the model number and ask for the offline price. He can bring it for you. Normal items like keyboard, speaker, mouse is available. In shop showroom js not there. You have to check the laptop model online and ask him for it's availability and price. The behaviour of the shop owner is satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behavior and service . I replaced battery ofasus max pro m1 and they gave me 2 years iold battery . I rplaced the battery in 2020 and they give the manufactured in 2018 . Don't go there very bad service centre.
