★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe me this is a genuiene review....this one star is because i dont have no choice of giving 0 star or negative stars....they will never care for patients at all the only care is for their money...besides this, patients mental health will be degraded.....this is the situation during covid pandemic....they will give false statements about the patients health...i will highly unrecommend this hospital and also the government should always have an eye over these private hospitals. Jai hind??

Best Hospital for Kidney treatment.
I took my mother for Kidney treatment. Her creatinine was 5.3 before treatment. One of our friend suggested Aswini Hospital for. Kidney treatment.
Very friendly staff and flexible OP timings. Dr Srinivas sir explained very well and started treatment. Her creatinine is 3.2 now.
We are very happy with the treatment and service provided by the hospital.

Visited the hospital for Kidney care. The Best Nephrologist DR A. Srinivas Gaaru is available 24/7 Round the clock. We took our patient on late night. Our patient was very critical. Dr sir advised to go for Haemodia filtration dialysis. Received high end treatment that’s HDF immediately. very efficient and trained Manpower . We were very happy to receive the best treatment at the pocket friendly price and.
Strongly agreed for best treatment for kidney care and Emergency Dialysis and different type of dialysis in Guntur and coastal Andhra,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical treatment was good. Doctors suggested right medication at the right time to my father for Covid treatment. And also didn't keep the patient for too long in the hospital. I appreciate that.
But the management was pathetic. We were asked to pay the fee only in cash (of course most of the hospitals are doing the same now) and we paid. But almost every other day I had to call the reception and yell at them to fix the saline, provide bucket/mug in wash room...etc One day they gave lunch at 3PM to the patient who is diabetic.
My sincere suggestion to the hospital, if you observe the reviews carefully most of the people are satisfied with medical treatment but not at all happy with the management. You need to train your staff well and especially teach them empathy. I hope you will take the feedback in the right spirit. All the best!
