But Mr. Ramit Verma understood my urgency and acted swiftly. When I told him that I am facing some technical problems in making the payment. His phone battery was low so he didn't even wait for the payment and booked a porter and just sent my order. He gave me an alternate no. first, in case his phone switches off, provided me all the details of the delivery boy, status of the porter and shipped the item with him.
After a few minutes I was able to make the payment but till then he had already shipped the item.
It was a very good experience. He understood his customer's requirements and acted very smartly.
He even followed up with me if I had safely received the item, later at night.
We need good business owners like them more. It was really a pleasure doing business with them.
