★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say never ever take any internet service in badlapur instead use mobile data at-least it gives enough speed that you can work on the system. They start plan for 10 mbps and end up giving 0.10 mbps which is quite high. I would refer NASA to use ISP’s from badlapur and they will find their spaceships crashed in ocean or something. **I repeat never take any ISP service provider from badlapur**. All these ISP are shame on Badlapur. And lastly I’m your customer so don’t try to act smart ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is poor they dont respond to their customers complaints and problems from last many days been trying to call them but they dont pick the call up nor they revert back and this makes irritating for the other person to ask anything as if it seems like we need to beg them then only they will help pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic ISP I've ever seen worst service. Worst customer service doesn't have the basic manners on how to talk to customers. Whenever we call or approach they don't receive the call regarding any complaint. They mess up with your data plans will charge you more without even informing you. One of my friends had his connection they finally manage to change the connection from this utter nonsense useless service provider.
If he's checking this comment then ensure you start giving respect to your customers and the service for their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logged the complaint at 2pm, called frequently ,visited their office at 8:30pm their technician reached at 8:45 pm at my place, thaught as if i was working for them and they were my customer. kindly upgrade your service and try to be polite with your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using this since last 4 months. Internet speed is good (Not all the time), but whenever try to reach to the customer care (Local office) to report the issue, it more feels like complaining to any GOVT clerk or peon. You will be just ignored.
Operating Head claims that "they provide best service as their other competitors are not so worried about customer service". BUT, they are too far away with this fact that they have most CHEAPEST front desk executives in their local office. They dont even know how to attend the phone calls or talk to their customer. Most of the time it feels like, you are calling to WASOOLI AGENTS. NO POLITENESS,
I request Badlapur west branch operator to work on POLITENESS FIRST.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting a connection is fast but once you had any kind of issue with speed or wired breaking issue then they will take 2 to 3 days fix it if you continue call them then only otherwise rest for week
