Dear Sir,
I would like to thank you and your organisation for our recent holiday in India which was a huge success.
The above number refers to the specific tour and services you provided.
We were very happy with all the hotels and the ITC brand lived up to my previous experience. At the same time the transportation that was organised all worked like clockwork and all the cars provided were clean, well maintained and of a good standard.
That said, the difference for any such tour is made more by the people who helped make the visit memorable and in this regard I would like to reserve a special mention for the following people who stood out in terms of enhancing our visit;
Firstly, our guide in Delhi JaaJay Singh - He provided a interesting and detailed commentary of each visit and we had stimulating exchanges relative to the perceived roles of the British during the 19th Century in India. He was extremely well read and knowledgeable and we enjoyed lively discussions.
Secondly, the guide (Farhan spelling?) who accompanied us in Agra. He had a great sense of humour and we enjoyed the brief time we spent in his company with a good balance between guided commentary and free moments to dwell on the magnificence of the Forts and the Taj Mahal.
Last but not least our driver Om who ferried us to and from Agra. Apart from being charming and interesting to talk to he was a first class driver who inspired confidence and navigated all the roads impeccably
We now look forward to visiting India for a longer period and won't hesitate to come back to your agency for help with reservations and tour itineraries

Zing bus 4 hours delayed. Arrival time was 7 am, they dropped us 11 am.
Hotel is not good and very poor room. See photos of hotel and room.
We asked Atithi on trip for changing hotel but they denied and said to find out on yourself.
Don't buy this services.
