★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cake I have ever had in my life. They are frauds. They will promise you to provide best cake but worst cake will be delivered. I ordered customised fresh fruit cake but received simple plain cake. There is proverb in hindi" unchi dukaan phike pakwan" same goes with them. Prices are beating the best cakes of Gurgaon but in the taste it is nothing. Even home made cake is far better than this cake. THANKS Atlantic foods for spoiling my birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I placed an order (i.e. a choco crunch cake) with Atlantic foods via zomato and i clearly told them to write " Happy Birthday" on it but they send it without mentioning that on the cake.
This time there is no decoration on the cake and it looks very plain and simple . Although it taste good but it didn't taste that good like the previous one.
So , this time im very much disappointed with their service.
They need improvement over such things to deliver a quality service with CONSISTENCY to justify the HIGHER or say their PREMIUM prices .

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour of staff.
Ambience is mesmerizing,
The taste is also good but I must say the cakes are overpriced and the behaviour of staff that's the worst part.
I ordered the cake for one of my friend and paid all the amount in advance the next day when I reached the place with my friend staff handed over the cake saying they will not allow to cut the cake here, that part really destroyed the whole event.
My mistake that I took the cake politely, left the place and fortunately celebrated the birthday at my place I wonder I hould have thrown the cake on their face without asking for any refund..
Will never ever visit the place again.
