Giving 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. This is till date the worst service i have ever experienced. They have no sense of accountability at all. No one updates on the parcel information. They had collected the parcel from house and it was lying there for almost 10 days. No one even answered my calls to give me correct information. Only when i went to their office they told me they had some issues with sending the parcel. They again took 10 days to send it, again i had to go their office to request (they behaviour is like its a favour they did on you by taking your parcel, hence you can only request? them to send my parcel. This is worst courier company i have ever seen in my life.

Worst service in surat. Their agents will give you fake promises until you pay them. Once you pay them they will not take your calls, specially muavia from surat will block you or tell you that he will call back and you will never hear from him back. They will charge you for express service and sent your parcel in economy. Completely fake and unorganized people to work with. Don’t get trapped.

I will give zero star to this shipping company. They messed up with my parcel. Initially they said parcel will get delivered in 15-18 days but it is more than 1.5 month now. Still I have not received my parcel. After investigation by my agent, I found they delivered package to wrong address because their operational team created label with wrong destination address. In all this process I never got any response from their Customer service. They always said "send mail, my seniors will revert back". I have not received single word reply on email yet. Now while I am writing this review, they just removed tracking information from their website. All manual mess and manipulation are in progress in the background when they realized their mistake. Hopeless Service.. !!!

DONOT BOOK YOUR COURIER THROUGH THEM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT PAY THEM. I booked critical medicines for USA and they committed, it will reach within 5-6 days. Even after 6 days parcel didn't leave Mumbai and they were only giving excuses. I had to go back to their office to get my parcel back as medicines were very critical. They have still not refunded my money...They don't buzz even after follow-ups / mails..be it your parcel or your money....

The best experience ever. Couldnt resist giving 5 star as it was a relief when mu some received the parcel in Canada without any hassle and issue. Atlantic International Express has given the most easy experience for my shipment of my parcels

Worst experience dealing with courier company. I would not recommend this company anyone. Not only their courier service is pathetic but their customer service is even more worst. No business sense, no moral responsibilities, no accountability at all. All they are after is just money. They not only damaged my parcel but also have not provided any refund even after following up with them since last 1 month.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. The service is so bad. My parents sent parcel through this couriers because they advertised that they will send in a week to Germany. But the company is very negligent even to update the status and tracking info properly in the website. When I tried to contact them through whatsapp ,I rarely get reply or sometimes no reply at all. The service staff doesn’t properly clarify the issue and have half knowledge about questions I asked them. Never ever try to send a courier through them.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, AND CONSIDERING SENDING COURIER THROUGH THEM, DON’T SEND ANY PACKAGES THROUGH THIS SERVICE. I wish I could rate zero. This is the worst experience I’ve had as a paying customer for a service. My family sent me a parcel to the USA through them. The guy who came to pick up the parcel was informed that the package contains perishable goods and needs to be delivered ASAP. The guy reassured us that the parcel would reach me within 4-5 days. We were provided with a tracking number. When we tracked the parcel, it was still at the origin and had not even been prepared for shipping (this was 4 days after the guy picked up the parcel). When we called them, they said that there was a hold and that they need a copy of our aadhar card. If there was a hold up, isn’t it your responsibility as a courier service provider to inform us that there is some document missing? We only found this out after we contacted them. The documents were sent immediately. We again reminded that the items in the parcel are perishable and need to reach me within the next 2 days at most. They then said that it’s not in their hands. When I questioned them about why this happened, my morality and character were questioned by the person I was talking to. You don’t need to care about customer service, but at least don’t employ people that insult a paying customer. By paying for the courier, I have not “bought you or your company” but I have indeed bought your service— I’m liable to ask you questions if I’ve paid for your service, and you’re sure enough obligated to respond to my questions. Once the parcel arrived, the items were no longer of any use as the perishable items all had fungal growths. When we tried to ask for a refund, your “brilliantly excellent” customer service said that they cannot issue a refund. This situation arose because of miscommunication from your end in the first place. If you had informed us about the hold up within 2 days, the items would have still reached me intact. Extremely shameful on your end. From this experience, I’m never going to use your service ever again.
