★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will entrap you by giving false timeline commitments. Do not expect your courier to reach the destination before three weeks. One of their sales executives, Sonali, would go out her way to be rude and unhelpful. They will tell you that they are going to use UPS, DHL or FedEx as third party service but instead just use a local one. Avoid this courier service like a plague and save yourself some time and trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete frauds. Sent a package through them for Canada. For last three weeks it is caught up somewhere in Europe and they are not getting it connected to final destination. They offered cheaper rates, and said would connect onwards through Fedex. Not a word of truth..beware of such frauds. Really regret having used them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sent a parcel abroad. While Inquiring I was informed that the parcel will reach its destination in 7-8 days , whereas it just reached Mumbai from Gurgaon . Hence they do not give the correct timeline. I checked and double checked before paying the money to send my courier. After raising my concern with Shruti , their CSR I didn’t get any update from the company . I feel cheated and disappointed as my package consisted of perishable products that were sent for a dear one. Never I will recommend this courier

They are cheap coz they are unprofessional. After paying money I had to chase them for my own parcel. No timeline, no terms and conditions. And most importantly - Rude people. Rude to the level that Indian Post Office People would look sweet to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services. I sent a parcel to USA and today 2 months have passed and it has never arrived.
I talked to samraj and he committed to deliver in 10 days .. 10 days later also he was having the package in hand. The patient was critical in the USA and needed those medicines...
However they don't care about it. Samraj from Mahipalpur branch is completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
THEY ARE BLOODY INHUMANS.
Kindly dont send parcels through them because they will eat your money and your parcels will never be delivered

I enquired them about cargo to Australia. They said they provide D2D with packing & pick up service. Booked with them for Saturday. Reconfirmed on Friday again about the Saturday pick-up at 12:30pm. They call me up at 12:25pm saying that they will not be doing any packing & will only arrange for a pick-up.
They wanted me to arrange for boxes & pack them up 10mins before the scheduled pick-up time. When I told them that it's not possible at the last moment & they should've told me earlier, they agreed to arrange the pick-up with packing as well, but this will be through another vendor. Now, it's been 2 days & I am still waiting for the vendor to come & do the needful. I'm glad it happened as I will not be proceeding with them now. It's a big risk.
