1. Agent were not transparent, They have lot of hidden agenda. Mainly to sell accessories with very high cost to the street values.
2. Since I have already done installation myself, I was aware of the prices of the tap connector. Agent quoted Rs. 300 Rs which I purchased for Rs100.
3. He suggested need to clean the drum every week. as a technician will be visiting & I will just have to pay Rs 800 only for chemical. Also generously offered free visit.
4. He only did demo, but in description added both demo & installation. I didn't worry much as I am not paying anything.
Visit with an intention to help customers. Never try to make money unless it is helping people.
