1 - technical team work as a family and short out issues asap.
2- after sales service is outstanding
3 - 10 out of 5 in customer support
4 - lead time is minimal if your follow up is too strong
Cons...
1 - uses less standard items
2 - customers are more demanding due to quick response of Atma team
Conclusion... They support you at any cost but try to least dependency on Atma to increase your trouble shooting power, it will help you to learn about machine concept & mechanism...
