★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place I've stayed ever. It has some nice balcony views but the only issue is you need to take a long U-turn if coming from katraj

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 1, 2 and 3 (under construction) BHK flats available. Has 3 balconies. The largest one is with the main hall. One with the kitchen (with faucet connection) and one with bedroom. The hall has three door French window and large enough for small party or get together. It has provision for your essential kitchen, bathroom and home gadgets. It has 3 parking lot and shades parking area if you want to keep your vehicle outside the building. It also has two small gardens. One with a gallery like seating arrangement and other as a playground for kids. A club Hall is under construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A society where Bachelors can stay too. There's a little problem of water. But there's no water for Drinking. You either have to Fit an RO or Subscribe to a Jar Delivery service.
Society is right beside a national Highway. There's a Reliance Smart point right below the apartment. And Other Daily needs like Vegetables or Stationary are just a Minute away.
But Overall i'll give it 6/10 as the rooms are quite Small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintain and clean society. View from top floor is amazing. Location is also great nearly Navle bridge, katraj, abhinav college, D-Mart etc.
