★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone is fighting. ATS has a group that works to their bidding. It’s been under construction forever. One small access road took 4 weeks to build. Still not complete. Tennis court is concrete!!! Lifts are malfunctioning in just 1st year of delivery. They use maintenance staff for new construction. Maintenance does not include your day to day in house services. Staff rudely refuse to do normal plumbing and electrical fittings. You have to outsource. Charges are 8400/ month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction standards are one of the lowest in the region. Management is only about taking money and false promises. Project design and green cover(selling attraction) has been removed for more profits without any consent or information of buyers. Project is already delayed by 3.5 years and there is still no confirmed date of completion.
