Humble request to everyone who is thinking to buy an apartment in ATS projects in the tricity. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Please check all the portals before you even give them a single penny. They are certainly not above the law, any aggrieved person can file online complaints for their rights before National Commission, New Delhi or Punjab RERA Under ATS LIFESTYLE Registration number (PBRERA-SAS79-PR0007). People who have bought their apartments in their ATS projects calling ATS Lifestyle are still pending with the OC (Occupation Certificates), and on the other hand they have still not given the OC's for their ATS Prelude to the home buyers (*For more references please read SUPREME COURT VERDICT ON CAMPA COLA SOCIETY) Again its an appeal before you give them a dime please see the actual factual position of the project that is stalled for more than 5 (five) years and their so called "MEGA PROJECT"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice course..... And the fact that this is FREE. Very rarely you find a golf course which is maintained and Free. Thanks to the ATS management which is funding this, basically to promote thier real estate project. In addition the local course manager is doing a excellent job of organising children golf at the course.
I am sure this course shall come up to very exacting standards in few years and become popular....
