★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All messed up project. They took bookings from people and then accommodated them in noida na d other projects of Gurgaon. In 2019 sep the price was 65 lacs for 3bhk now its 85 lacs without even laying a brick. 20 lacs appreciation in few months without doing anything!!

Location: Bang on expressway, Mid of New Gurgaon and Delhi, Dwarka. Two side open land.
Builder: Awesome (read ATS reviews)
Construction Quality: Awesome, Was told that Mivan technology will be used. (read ATS reviews)
On Time Delivery: Checked (read ATS reviews)
Project Layout: Decent sized project (~13 acres) with good thought out floor plans.
Price: Decent pricing as per ATS standards
Maintenance: Builder own team for the maintenance lifetime, so quality and maintenance rest assured.
Sector 99A: Good mix of commercial and green area of land use in sector.
Connectivity: Multiple connectivity to important places..
Good, mature and responsive marketing team. ATS Trust factor is a plus..

Construction quality also up to mark. ATS also providing good payment plans.:)

My Two Cents - Buying a House is a very personal affair. Don't waste your Hard Earned Money on ATS.
This is a SAD Saga of a customer who paid struggled to get basics in place like my invoice, builder buyer agreement.
The team is highly incompetent and doesn't know what are they trying to SELL. I have emails that clearly define mis-selling. Requested my refund over several occasions, the team never acknowledged that. The Promoters and Owners don't even bother to reply to emails and have a DEAF EAR to customer emails.
Don't Waste your time and hard earned money with ATS. You will struggle to get the service.
I reached the builder directly who connected me to a broker. The Broker got his name on the agreement and I was forced to keep the property. All of this despite speaking to Ashish Kelkar from ATS directly. I was assured by Ashish full support in terms on receipts and he doesn't even answer calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After cheating hundreds of buyers in project ATS Marigold in Dwarka Expressway, ATS is trying to cheat others by promoting ATS Grandstand. They don't bother to complete the projects which are stuck. Don't fall prey to these charters. Talk to buyers of ATS Marigold for details.
