★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ?, I have been a customer of Atul Bakery since 3 year. I always use to buy Birthday ? from Atul Bakery. Their customer service is very good. The price is very affordable. They never compromise with their quality. All the products are fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atul is big name now. There is no ras malai in rasmalai cake. Maker just draw rasmalai look like piece on cake but made of cream only. Not a single rasmalai in cake... btw They have decent types of breads and bakery items but cakes are not upto the mark. And yes staff is okay. Always answers in attitude..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good that others have experienced better service from here. My personal experience of Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Pastry is worst. These were brought for a Birthday by friends. The sponge cake base was completely dry, tasteless. (My thoughts are that if the item has not turned out as expected from oven, discard it instead of using it).
Above all, it was topped with a load of sticky chocolate, one expects flavoured whipped cream.
I also had a previous experience of old stock of bakery items being sold by them.
I wish the franchise owners maintain the basic quality for which they owned the name.
