But at this branch fulfillment of products to customers are very bad. The supply from factory or production house is very bad for this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Horrible experience today. After looking at the reviews by some of my friends, we thought to try Rasmalai of Atul, as we are very fond of sweets. After coming back home, as soon as I opened the packet of Rasmalai, I was shocked to see stale Rasmalai, it was stinking. We went to return back that stale Rasmalai, but was so disappointed with the rude behaviour of the shopkeeper. He was speaking so rudely as it was our mistake. He had to return the amount after I lost my cool. Horrible and very rude behaviour by that shopkeeper. Care less and rude people like him, will spoil the image of Atul brand. I am sorry to say, but I will never go to that shop again, and will never reccomend anyone from my side.
