No care of patient, they are providing service to emergency patient (who are paying extra money as emergency) as per my experience, normal patient should wait atleast 5 hours because most of people going inside by saying emergency. Aapke pass paisa hai to aap aage warna line me raho apka number aayega. Kab aayega kisi ko nahi pata. Doctor 12 noon aate hai mere sath 7th no ka patient wait kar raha hai uska no aayega abhi 3:45 pm ho raha hai.
