★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with their online buying platform service ..I needed some stuff in 3-4 days ,I confirmed with them if the delivery could happen early ,so the girl who sits at the HO assured me that I will be getting my delivery before time and she forced me to place the order with prepaid mod as COD would make it very late .I kept waiting for my order till the last day but couldn't receive it ,kept calling but no response and at the end I had to myself go to Noida branch to get my stuff where they charged me extra for everything saying the prices are high ..
