First they don’t provide you basic facilityes such as giving copy of loan agreement, repayment schedule, online checking of balance/ loan statement and have very few branches and even if you visit a branch they ask 590 rs just to give a statement of account which is not even 2 rs of cost...there is something seriously wrong with this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in private sector.au small finance bank recovery agent's break my vehicle's windshield and right hand side mirror,how can bank follow such illegal way to recover money when pandemic is still on, since February 17 to march 20 I paid my emis regularly, manhandled by recovery agent's is not in law books and even not in RBI's rules and regulations.shamful act of bank.
