I would like to address you. Au Small Finance Bank service is very poor and customer handling isn't up mark. This is worst case scenario.
We are continuing visit and follow up from 1 month for platinum account and creating family account. Unfortunately Jamnagar Team not responding.
I am feeling that this not bank environment. They all are working individual as target base person. No one provided answer at all.
Please do the needful correct action ASAP.
Hopefully looking forward to hearing soon.
