★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Melco N100 streamer through AVI. Excellent experience. The unit needed to be ordered and shipped in from Japan, and then was transported from Mumbai to Bangalore. Was handled very professionally by Rustom Cooper. Entire transaction was via email/WA. No glitches at all. Very happy with the overall experience.

After having a terrible first experience with the company (it was so bad I don’t even want to bother mentioning the details) I reached out one last time after pulling some strings on my end to get in touch with the higher-ups (shouldn’t have had to do this in the first place) in order to avoid interacting with the original representative that gave me the terrible experience at the start.
Anyways, the second time around, thanks to my persistence I was able to get in touch with a more senior and capable person: Shahnawaz. This guy did not hesitate to solve my problem in a matter of days with the kind of professionalism you would expect from a company dealing with luxury products. I was super happy after this since my issue was finally resolved with swiftness thanks to Shahnawaz.
So a big thanks to Shahnawaz for going above and beyond and giving proper customer service to me. But shame on the company for not training their staff properly and for having not existent means by which one is able to escalate an issue incase a representative is not being helpful.

There were delays in shipping (Mumbai to Bangalore) due to covid situation and all through the delay period, Varun kept in touch with me to ensure i am aware of the latest shipment plan. I want to appreciate Audio Vision and Varun for being in touch with me and providing comfort all through out. Audio Vision Customer Service is great and reliable. Best wishes

Thanks Mr Varun for the service level & dedication rendered towards executing duty even during these hard time. Every reputed company should look at such customer satisfaction.

Fantastic service by Mr. Varun who went all out of his way in ensuring I received the product on time. I tried to purchase through Amazon (Worst and Horrible experience but luckily Varun took the initiative and helped me out) but later bought it from TataCliq (Reliable Market Sellers than Amazon). If only half of the Sales Heads are like him. Customer Satisfaction is top priority for him. Great Guy..!
I highly recommend Audio Vision India for purchase of genuine high-end audio equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought b&w pi3 wireless earphone from TataCliq, directly sold by audiovision india. Fast delivery, mind blowing sound, but unfortunately after 1 month of extensive usage, sound was not coming through left earbud..contacted audiovision and to my amaze, officials were so gentle and understanding, they guided me over phone, but even after following the instructions and updating the software online, it was not working. They asked me to send the product and they replaced me with a completely new set...which is as usual producing pristine sound, moreover, throughout the whole process their official personally guided me and helped me without any formalities, which I rarely found now a days. In one word amazing service, super fast delivery and finally personal touch...thank you audiovision india...special thanks to Mr. Varun... without him nothing would be possible
