★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very expensive society to live in. Builder and it's Maintenance department (there is No RWA to listen and to justify enormous over charges) charge for every facility. find details below:
* Car parking sticker @100 rs, you must have to pay this every time.
* 2000 charged from every tenant every time.
* 800 rs for gym on every month.
* swimming pool and club charges are extra on monthly basis.
* Dubious, vague electricity pre paid charges with no validation, they also run Generator in mid night when people sleep and can't check that was it a tak electricity cut or not.
