Too many issues with delivery. Wrong product delivered many times. Customer service is abysmal & outright incompetent! My calls were not answered for 4-5 consecutive days when I called to explain wrong products were being sent. I sent whatsapp messages which were read but not replied to during this time. When I typed a WhatsApp message, saying shame on them for not even having the courtesy to reply to my texts after seeing them, and that I will switch over to Provilac, the owner, replied back asking ME to "learn some manners" & that I can gladly switch over to Provilac - WHICH I DID & NO COMPLAINTS SO FAR. He also said people here "have a life" trying to justify why my calls & messages were not answered. When I asked him why he spoke to me like that he said he does not appreciate people talking to his staff like that & "threatening" them saying I will go to another provider. I explained to him it was not a threat. It was just a statement of fact, and it was really pathetic that he would term that a threat. I didn't use foul language, didn't curse, didn't ask for any compensation, or do anything unbecoming which would otherwise be construed as disrespectful. In the same conversation the owner goes on the describe his OWN employee, the milk delivery guy, as someone with a low IQ & illiterate. So much for respecting his own employees : -)
I have never had such a horrible experience in terms of customer service in my life. Forget customer service, even on a human to human basis, I found the owner's attitude lacking in civility & common courtesy.
Their Gir Cow milk is just as good or bad as Provilac. No difference. So I won't lie that their milk is better or worse than them. I use Provilac for Cow milk for curd/kefir. Furthermore, I recently learned that even Amul has A2 Buffalo milk, which is almost half the price & way more creamier. I have subscribed to them & I have no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken a paid subscription in June 2020 but had a lot of delivery issues. Then I moved to my hometown since the covid cases in Mumbai were increasing and so I paused the subscription. Now I'm back and want to restart it but I'm not getting any responses. No one is answering my phone or responding to my WA messages. I've been cheated I think. I will update here should I get any responses. I suggest to stay away from this brand. Also they cancelled my subscription without informing me. I'm feeling horrible that I've been cheated. Be careful!
