Owner is too sweet and also converse in whatever suitable language you are comfortable with and also serve with extra chatni ,pickle ,onions and sabji as per required.
You will be served with real hot parathas along with any vegetable you order. highest quality of chhas is also recommendable.

If u ask for Sabji roti, garam garam one by one roti ull get. Just like your parents they constantly monitor ur plate if there is less kanda or chatni they will refill it immediately.
Talking of environment krishna dhun is humming in background. Owner is gujarati 2 kaki cooking and kaka serve us. I'm not very relation building person. Addressing them Kaka - Kaki is automatically came from inside cause they showed such worm gesture.
Each and every food dish is fingure licking, whether u like that perticular dish at home or not.
