★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a good ladies salon for a high profile party I had to attend and my office friend from Borivali recommended me to Aura Beauty Salon at Malad West , Evershine Nagar which she, her family and friends regularly visits. I visited Aura to get Hair Straightening , Makeup, Waxing ,Mani ,Pedi and I can say it was a great salon experience . I got awesome reviews for my new looks . I thank my friend for such a great recommendation and I do recommend Aura Beauty Salon at Malad West to all ladies ! A Visit is must .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, had gone for a package but did not find the services good so cancelled it, just tried eyebrows & my skin was all red & swollen, also when we asked we can pay by card, they said yes but when my friend went to pay they said they won't be taking any card payments below Rs. 1000 & my package cost was 599/- so we didn't feel like taking any packages further. Even my friend was planning to take another package in future but then looking at the services she changed her mind. Overall a bad experience.

They don't listen to you at all even if your getting hurt because of toooo hot wax.. instead they say "madam thoda garam to lagega hi" as if we are getting waxing done fot the first time... their low cost packages are not worth at all. Also even after facial the skin doesn't feel cleansed. Will NOT recommend to anyone.

Friendly and experienced staff , Quality products and reasonable price ....I still get awesome reviews for my Wedding makeup by Aura even after 2 years ...No wonder I visit regularly every month ....now I have become like a family. I have recommended to all my office colleagues , friends , society neighbors & my relatives too...The Best salon in town and highly recommended , you will love it too !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone for waxing. The lady was in such a hurry to complete the service. When I told her to wax a little on the upper thigh, she told me directly we don't wax there, whereas I paid for full legs and thighs are covered in that. That's the attitude of the staff there. Won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for threading.. they do not use proper PPE. I am extremely anxious now after my visit. I asked the lady if she sanitized her hands- she said she did prior to me. Who knows? She lamely threw disinfectant on the chair also. No PPE worn by the staff- no mask- this is highly unsafe. Eyebrows were ok! Point is if I contract Covid, it will be due to the unhygenic staff
