1. Products- The products used are all of great quality and good brands.
2 . Services- The services are amazing and very relaxing.
3 . Staff- The staff are good and well mannered especially their hair stylist Yash Magar , He suggested me Hair spa and it was very good and relaxing.
4 . Owner - The owner of aura spa Mrs. Sunita Wavare suggested me facial and it was very good and effective , very professional.
5 . Hygiene - Very hygienic spa .
It was a great experience . Highly recommended salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, do not come here. I got a haircut from Anand and I wanted a trim. He ended up cutting 5 inches of my hair and tried to justify it by saying that it made my hair healthier when I complained that I don’t like it. I am very upset and hate my haircut. He is not good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I got the Balinese massage which was really not up to the mark, right from the technique to the pressure there was not a single moment in the entire massage that felt right. The masseuse was clearly not trained or experienced and very unprofessional as she kept asking personal questions throughout the massage. There was no hot water to take a shower after the massage. For payment the card machine did not work and even the Google pay option didn't work on thier account. Overall very frustrating experience. I had the same massage two years ago at aura spa and it was so great, sadly not the same now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place to rejuvenate and recharge. I had been here for a pedicure with my son and we both had an amazing time. The manicurists Harshu and Dipika are good at their work. The owner, Mr. Manoj Wavre is a very jolly, interactive and courteous person.
