Went to visit to explore a possible investment and i was greeted with An under construction building with cleaning not even done when we arrived. All this after having confirmed my reservation for a 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor several times with the representatives who had been in touch with me for over 6months.
One bedroom was locked and we were told to share one bedroom in the apartment, upon reaching out to management and ownership all I got was a mere Apologies message and no explanations whatsoever. After having driven for 10 hrs upon the intention of visiting the place for an investment this was a gross management of our experience. We were left stranded and had to finally decide to leave the property and drive back towards main Shimla and find accommodation!!!
I would not recommend anyone to even consider investing or even renting out this property.
