Very peaceful and pleasant colony. All the amenities available water electricity and park. This project is on full swing and shall be completed till Diwali 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good society has been told from the planning and the boundary work is going on all around it. The guard system runs smoothly and the security in it is that I don't think there will be any problem and this township is in the middle of me. From here Mahindra Sia Ji is very close, so that may be helpful for the people working in Mahindra SEZ as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i own a villa here and i can explain better then anyone what are the pros and cons
Pros -
peaceful environment
cheaper in overall cost
Construction overall material is ok
Room size are good for small families .
Cons-
No security for people whom are living here . eg - there is no security wall installed as of now in the society and i doubt they will implement it in future as behind this auric vedas we can only see jungle .
No Hospital and No Market nearby
22 km outside from city so transportation is only buses , make sure you have your own vehicle other wise you will be in lifetime trouble .
No schools and collages nearby in 3-4 kms .
Also its deep inside omex city so from main road you need to go inside 2 km .
The auric staff is super diplomatic and annoying . The sales team full of inexperienced people , they dont even reply on time .
hope it helps to buyers and Auric too to upgrade some areas !!!!

Right now the work of boundary wall around it is going on. Well, if we look at the role, then it is a very good society.
