★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a highly disappointing service with auriga research at bangalore Airport.
Despite being tested negative for an RT PCR done in less than 24 hours, I was tested postive for covid
Via Rapid Pcr at the airport and I had to cancel my flight. When I tested for RT PCR again the next day, I was tested negative for Covid. All this after charging 3000 for a test that is faulty.
They have to provide some compensation for the false postive report, the mental trauma and the financial loss I concurred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took RTPCR test at Bengaluru international Airport. The girls at the correction desk made a mess of my name on the covid report. Called back Auriga and got in touch with Mallesh. He took a total of 10 mins to fix my first and last name, emailed me and sent a whatsapp message with correct name on covid report. Great work "Mallesh" and Auriga customer service. Thank you ? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Stars for them - at the airport - all they want is money - do not even want to listen. From USA - no need for Covid Test - yet they are all yelling to get the pay and test. When asked over and over, they mandated to pay. Once paid, they said, talk to a higher authority - the Higher Authority said - no need for USA people test - they said "go". No mention of how to get the paid refund. There is no number to call. paid 3000 rupees just like throwing out money? I am struggling to get in touch with someone.
Update:
After getting contacted by Accounts department, they asked me to send receipts and documentation. Once I e-mailed all that, they promptly paid the refund.
Worked with Mr. Girish Kumar. He worked very professionally and was very pleasant. He took great care of us (all thru e-mail) by giving information with all sincerity. I wanted to give 5 stars to Mr. Girish to getting this resolved.

The sample collection and registration process is smooth but my report is late and customer service picked up my call the first time, said they will get back to me and then never reverted. Now they are not picking up my calls and from any number listed on the website. Still have not received my report.

Aishwarya and Bharat were great support while we waited, best to choose the Rapid if you don’t have time to wait. Super quick, do your test and walk away with results within couple of minutes.
The staff was so well coordinated, trust me they over exceeded my expectations.
