★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great except the 6, superfast lifts. The algorithm often makes it so you have to wait 5-10, even 15 minutes for a lift to arrive to take you up to your floor or to take you to the ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we had visited the site for outright purchase of 3/4 BHK, whereas the service levels were pathetic, customers are being asked to wait for long time. Team does not have any idea about their own internal setup. Show flat was not made available for visit with an excuse that lift is not available......wow wat a treatment for customer.....if the flats are not available what is the point is advertising......if you are in the biz better be transparent.......wld not recommend.

High end living for those who can afford it and have international standards. Not for everyone.A sample of what Mumbai’s skyline is going to be like 10 years down the line. Proximity to schools, metro, malls.
