★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The center is good in terms of usg etc, but crowd management is very bad.. even if you go early there is no guarantee that you get to get in first for usg. People who has contacts within have comparatively less wait time than the rest. Seating arrangement not enough. Average overall experience. More towards not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They haven't appointment system. If you can gave them extra money, then you haven't wait as serial wise. Bad experience. Waited from 11 am to 5 pm. Will never suggest to anyone

Staff behaviour is very bad,
After 4 hours wait then test is start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very costly. Some diagnosis cost is more than subir dutta(top most laboratory in Kolkata). There is also different cost for different patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test cost different for every patients i.e., last week I tested EEG n CT scan, they took ₹2500 but next day when I arrived to collect report, I saw they took ₹1900 for same test for other patient with someone reference. This discrepancy in pricing not good,very very bad, it should be stop ASAP.

Staff behaviour also not good specially Ladies.
Testing Charges not fixed.
Kono serially test hoy na oder staff r moto kore hoyy.
