I usually don't share much review but when I do I really mean every single word..
I had a 3 day stay here and cherished my meal every day here in this Restaurant.
First of all kudos to Hilton Aurum restaurant team here,they are best team any hospitality unit can have I am short of words to express how special they treated not only us but everyone.
Chef and his team are awesome they customised everything you can ask for.
They take care of all your needs and requirements.
I'll be honest I had a bad day due to some issue with hotel stay and didn't express myself best to the restaurant team but still this team made my day.
Thank you Pallavi , Chef Hanuman , Chef Somnath , Ritesh , Santosh , Santosh(2), Binod, Somesh Akash ,Priya and all team (sorry i know i have missed few important names)
But you all are valuable gems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had my sister's birthday lunch today and i couldn't be more disappointed.
There wasn't a single thing that either of us liked. Taste was mediocre. Food was brought to us after long intervals. They don't know what a tomato bisque soup is even though they have it on the menu, instead they brought watery mess with tomato flavor.
They forgot to bring birthday pastries i had secretly preselected and requested the person who seated us to bring it after our meal. The entire restaurant was empty which should have been my first clue. To add insult to injury let me just say i could have had 5 wayyy better meals at the cost of this one elsewhere.
The only thing positive was that our server and staff in general were polite. Anyway, i won't be coming back to this place.

When the delivery juxtaposed into celebrations. Ordered food from Hilton Jaipur through #Zomato while I was staying in a nearby hotel on a 5 day trip to Jaipur so I called up Aurum the food rendezvous to know what is best and I was guided in depth by their managers so that I can order best for my birthday and what a surprise treat I received alongwith the delivery, a token of love in the form of chocolate pastry cake and the same love was reflected in their food too.
