★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic Bungalow. Only good from exterior. Zero furnishing or any good facilities available indoors. The caretaker is a drunkard who has no manners or respect while talking and is a creepy guy who takes pictures even after you specifically tell him not to. Not at all worthy. Would suggest please please do not rent this Bungalow and waste your money.

My observation: it's a massive place where 200 ppl can be invited but due to Covid we could not. If it's ur wedding, this will give you the feel of a PROPER destination wedding as you have:
- massive place
- swimming pool
- evening sunset view
- Greenary all four sides
- it's away from city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge 5 bhk villa with a very big swimming pool. Villa has multiple big lawns suitable for events & weddings. It also has ample parking space. The villa has multiple balconies & a terrace with amazing views of the sea & mesmerizing sunset views. The villa is well maintained but can be better for the price charged. It's located in interiors & secluded but easily reachable following Google maps. The road to reach here is also good. You can reach here via road as well as by ferry from versova jetty. (See pics)
