★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper management in case of interview drives. They must inform the applicants when the requirements have been fulfilled. My friend was travelling from a long distance to the office for interview and was in nearby area of the office. Due to traffic she was getting late, so she called them to inform about the same. Then the HR says "Our requirements are fulfilled, its fine if you don't come."
Edited: and this is a genuine feedback, because I know how my friend was treated.
